1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SoSync (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SoSync is a music link conversion service that finds equivalent content across streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Yandex Music, Deezer, and others).
- Converts music links between platforms.
- Stores and displays converted links and preview metadata (title, artist, thumbnail).
- Provides user accounts for features such as conversion history.
- Does not stream, download, copy, or redistribute any music content.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. User Accounts
You may create an account via email/password or through a third-party provider (Google, Spotify, Yandex, Telegram). You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately at help@sosync.online if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or circumvent security measures.
5. Service Availability and Usage Limits
The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers in the future — users will be notified in advance.
All users are subject to rate limits to ensure fair access and system stability.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, or connected systems.
- Circumvent rate limits, security features, or access restrictions.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools beyond reasonable use without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code of the Service.
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's performance.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Harvest information about other users without consent.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service's design, code, logos, and branding are owned by SoSync. You retain ownership of URLs you submit, granting us a limited license to process and display them for providing the Service.
Music metadata, track titles, artist names, album art, and links belong to their respective owners. SoSync does not claim ownership over third-party content.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party music platforms and authentication providers. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accurate conversion matches, or continued availability of third-party platforms.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOSYNC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoSync from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your personal data.
13. Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may revise these Terms — material changes will be communicated via updated date, email, or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SoSync operates. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. To the extent permitted, dispute resolution will be conducted individually, not as a class action.
15. General Provisions
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our consent.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures beyond our reasonable control.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
